Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Minted Threads! We hope you loved your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help.  

We will gladly accept a return/exchange of unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days from the date your order is delivered for a refund via the method the order was made. Anything beyond the 14 days that is unworn and unwashed may be returned for store credit. Any item that has been noticeably worn or washed will be denied a refund/exchange. An exchange will not be accepted after 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Any items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. 

If you would like to make a return, you may do so by logging into your customer account and initiating a return. If you would like to make an exchange/are having trouble initiating a return through the customer account, please email mtadmin@shopmintedthreads.com. In your email, please include your order number and which items you would like to return/exchange. 

A return label will be issued to you to complete the return/exchange. $5 will be deducted from your refund price for the return shipping. 

Return/exchange items must be Postmarked by the 14th day after your delivery date for a full refund/exchange.
